During the Museum Night people have the opportunity to walk and visit museums and art spaces in Cologne at night-time. One of 49 showrooms was the Deutzer Zentralwerk der schönen Künste in which the history of the Gasmotorenfabrik Deutz (factory for gas engines) is consistently a new inspiration.

Curated with a concept and idea by raum13 Kolacek & Leßle Anja Kolacek arranged an own version of Schönheit der Vergänglichkeit for this Museum Night. Within an walkable installation people could experience a stage design/light by Marc Leßle, undisclosed text by contemporary witnesses, sounds, sculptures by Martin Kleppe of Medusas Garden and two performers.
