The film Wellenlängen shows a documentation of concerts of the Cologne Festival Acht Brücken. One of those concerts was the performance Opportunity which was a collaboration between the composer Reto Stadelmann (CH), the choreographer Steven Wynne (USA) and 12 dancers . The music is a mix of life music by an orchestra and electronic music, which was heard out of a special acoustically sound system of the Tanzbrunnen in Cologne.

Other scenes were shot at a concert of the Techno-Punk-Band DAF and at the research institute for acoustic and music IRCAM in Paris.
